If the Fix Pack doesn't help you, email hello@example.com within 14 days of buying it and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
